The SCBA Van holds 15 passengers and does not require a special license. All drivers must be at least 25 and have a recent (within last 12 months) copy of their MVR in our office. (Under "Position Applied For" list Church name to be billed.)
The person picking up the keys will also need to sign the check out sheet. A donation of $25 per day will be billed to the church using the van.

Before returning the van, please complete the following:
A. Clean out the inside of the van this includes vacuuming the van and cleaning up spills.
B. Please return the van to SCBA with a full tank of fuel the day after you are done with it.
C. Report any mechanical or other problems to SCBA.
