All Adults 18 years of age and older, are required to complete a Background Check,
Under "Position Applied For" list type of camp, Youth Retreat or Children's AND list the CHURCH you are coming to camp with. They will be billed for your background check.
It will read as for "employment" but is the correct form. You must also complete the Adult registration form before you can spend the night at any Associational camp, either as a staff person or a cabin leader. The Background check must be completed each year and done through our office. Any questions call 417-451-5485.
